Our father, Rashid, wanted to share the aromas and flavours of classic Punjabi cuisine with everybody.
That’s why we do things a little differently at The Ashmaan.
All of our dishes are made from ingredients sourced locally – from merchants and purveyors based right here in Scotland.
But we’re not your average restaurant…
All of our dishes use seasonings and spices that are native to Punjabi cuisine.
This combination of both local produce with genuine Pakistani and Indian spices result in a mouthwatering explosion of aromas and flavours that have been passed down through generations of our family.
